Eveline Lonoce hat nach ihrer kaufmännischen Grundausbildung die Administration der Unternehmen ihrer Familie in der Schweiz und in Italien geleitet. Danach war sie im Bereich Marketing für die Charles Vögele Mode AG tätig.

Im Juni 2005 wurde sie Teil des Mountain Partners Teams und ist in Zusammenarbeit mit Christine Schmitz-Riol zuständig für die gesamte Administration. Nach einer Fortbildung zur HR-Fachfrau leitet sie die Personalabteilung der Gruppe.
